inspite of=although=despite olması lazımdı fakat kullanım yönünden farklıdırlar.
inspite of’tan sonra isim cümleciği gelir.
despite ve although’dan sonra ise fiil cümleciği gelir.
örn;
inspite of being ill, she came to school.(hastalığına rağmen okula geldi.)
although she was ill, she came to school.(hasta olmasına rağmen okula geldi.)
inspite of his intelligence she can’t pass the exam.
although she is intelligent she can’t pass the exam.

’in spite of’u cumle icinde kullanmak:
"in spite of the dumb attitude she throws , she is still in"
